Certified Training Managers role model excellence and not only covers the training that needs to be done inside the 4 walls of their restaurant, they also train managers from other restaurants which adds a huge value.

Restaurant General Manager (RGM)

Build a great team that consistently provides the customer with great food and a great experience. Create a culture where employees enjoy working for your restaurant and service runs as smoothly when you are away as it does when you are present. This should be attained by training and developing your Team, while maintaining all Dogs & Cream standards and systems. You will also need to have discipline around the P&L.

Assistant Manager (AM)

Support your Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and by executing all systems and standards. As an Assistant Manager, you should be able to perform all restaurant administrative duties and in the absence of the RGM, you must provide leadership at a level necessary to sustain a consistent level of Guest satisfaction, a continued path of people development, and as a future RGM, act like an owner as it relates to profit & loss control.

Shift Manager In Charge (SMIC)

The Shift Manager in Charge will support the RGM by running great shifts self-sufficiently. It is your responsibility to take initiative and solve day-to-day problems. When necessary, seek help from others and also be willing to provide assistance to others. You are an important piece to delivering consistent Guest Service through great shift control on all of your shifts. Like the AM & RGM, you are responsible for profit & loss control.

Team Trainer (TT)

Help implement effective training and coaching programs that produce “Best on the Block” Team Members. Many hours will be spent on the floor working alongside new hires. Team Trainer will spend most working hours on the floor teaching, training, developing, and mentoring fellow Team Members. Should possess initiative, great people skills, have a servant leadership mindset, and be able to cast a vision for excellence.

Collaborate with managers and other Team Members to help each customer have a great experience. Deliver fresh food, round out the meals for guests and inform them of new promotions while working Counter Service or Drive Thru, be a part of the solution by suggesting ideas to improve the quality and efficiency of the overall restaurant.
